Project Coordinator
This person will work with agents, actors, directors, clients, and other stakeholders to plan and manage recording sessions at Rocket Sound, Lionbridge Games’ studio in Los Angeles. They will also help to manage post-production workflows, balance other resources, and help to ensure that talent gets properly paid for their work.
This is a 6-month contract position, with potential for extension and/or long-term, full-time opportunities.
What You Will Do:
Balance resources and schedules between multiple projects and studios, and hundreds of actors.
Work with teams to make sure that they have what they need for successful sessions.
Help plan projects based upon customer specifications and scripts
Communicate with teammates and clients to make sure that schedules meet project needs and deadlines.
Raise POs for actor payments.
Maintain a database of actors for direct hire, and talent demos.
Other tasks as they come up! We’re a tight-knit team, and we cover each other’s backs.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
Clear, proactive communication skills, including timely follow-ups with stakeholders and accurate reporting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and maintain complex workflows, including documenting processes and ensuring continuity over time.
Proficiency in Excel (e.g. formulas such as XLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, data validation).
Demonstrated ability to take accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables, ensuring accuracy, follow-through, and on-time completion.
A strong interest in the process of making video games.
A knack for getting along with a variety of personalities, including creative people, technical people, and all of the interesting combinations that make up game teams.
The ability to stay relaxed and focused when the pace gets fast.
