L’ATELIER is a luxury tailor shop with multiple locations across South Florida. We specialize in high-end alterations, custom fittings, and couture-level craftsmanship for both men’s and women’s garments. Our team is dedicated to precision, creativity, and exceptional client service — earning the trust of discerning customers who expect the best.

We’re growing and looking for experienced tailors and seamstresses who take pride in their work, have an eye for detail, and are eager to grow within a supportive, fashion-forward environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform expert alterations on luxury garments including suits, dresses, gowns, and casual wear.
Conduct fittings with clients to ensure perfect tailoring and satisfaction.
Work with a variety of fabrics and materials, including delicate designer pieces.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service and uphold L’ATELIER’s reputation for quality.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a tailor, seamstress, or alterations specialist (2+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit.
Skilled in both hand sewing and machine work.
Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable.
Friendly and professional attitude with strong communication skills.
