Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in creating design assets for digital platforms (social media, websites, app visuals, banners, ads).
• Support print design requirements such as posters, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Adapt and resize creatives as per different formats and platforms.
• Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all designs.
• Incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders efficiently.
• Organize design files and maintain proper version control.
• Stay updated with basic design trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field .
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of Figma or other design tools is a plus.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have (Optional)
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing creatives.
• Internship or freelance design experience.

What your day might look like-
• Conceptualisation & Design: Develop and execute visually stunning and effective designs for a wide range of marketing, communication, and product materials, including:
• Social media graphics (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Website banners, landing page elements, and digital ads.
• Presentations, reports, and internal communication materials.
• Infographics, illustrations, and data visualizations.
• Branding collateral (logos, style guides, templates) as needed.
• Typography & Visual Aesthetics: Apply a solid understanding of typographic principles and a refined visual sense to all designs, ensuring clarity, impact, and brand consistency.
• Brand Guardianship: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and effectively convey our brand message and values.
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for professional-grade design work and leverage Canva for quick turnarounds, template creation, and collaborative projects.
• Idea Generation: Actively contribute creative ideas for visual campaigns, content strategies, and design improvements. Be a proactive voice in brainstorming sessions.
• Adaptability & Collaboration: Work effectively in a dynamic startup environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content, sales).
• Research & Trends: Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate our visual output.
