Full job description
The Australian Natural Soap Company is hiring a casual Warehouse Assistant to help pack customer orders and support general day-to-day operations at our Dandenong warehouse. This is a casual position, with 15 to 30 hours per week initially, and the potential for more hours.

We’re a small, values-driven team making natural, sustainable soaps right here in Australia. This role is hands-on, practical, and suited to someone who’s reliable, organised, and happy to get stuck into a range of tasks.

What you’ll be doing

Packing customer orders carefully and accurately
Printing shipping labels and scanning orders using a simple computer system (training provided)
Assembling and sealing cardboard boxes for dispatch
Keeping the packing station tidy and well-stocked (labels, tape, tissue etc.)
General warehouse upkeep – taking out bins, sweeping, light tidying
Assisting with other tasks as needed – including occasional help with soap production for the right person
About you

You’re reliable, punctual, and don’t mind repetitive tasks
You’ve got good attention to detail – you take pride in packing things properly
You’re confident using a basic computer system (or willing to learn)
You’re physically capable – the work isn’t heavy, but you’ll be on your feet
You’re happy to pitch in with whatever needs doing
Experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential – we’ll show you the ropes.

Hours and pay

Casual role: 15–30 hours/week, depending on workload
Hours are weekdays only, with some flexibility
Additional hours may be available during busy periods
