Position Title: Weighbridge Operator
Location: Pune, Maharashtra(On Site)
Industry: Road Construction / Infrastructure
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the weighbridge system to record weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles carrying construction material.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry of weighment information.
Issue weighment slips and maintain digital and physical records.
Monitor vehicle movements to prevent unauthorized access or tampering.
Coordinate closely with site supervisors, security, and logistics teams.
Conduct daily calibration checks and basic maintenance of the weighbridge equipment.
Report equipment malfunctions or operational issues to the maintenance team.
Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in the weighbridge cabin
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10th or 12th pass; diploma or certification in logistics or operations is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel or weighbridge software).
Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
Prior experience in weighbridge operations (preferred but not mandatory).
Willing to work in rotational shifts and in outdoor environments.
Work Environment:
Site-based role with exposure to construction activities and transport vehicles.
May require extended hours during peak project phases
