About Us:
For over 30 years, Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) has been crafting unforgettable journeys while delivering sustainable value to our shareholders. We're driven by a deep passion for travel, a commitment to our planet, and a genuine care for our customers and crew.
As a truly global business and a leader in the RV industry, we combine cutting-edge technology, deep industry expertise, and a future-focused mindset to keep growing and evolving. Like our adventure-loving customers, we’re always on the move—our next destination is already mapped out, and we’re ready to roll.
Proudly headquartered in Aotearoa New Zealand, thl is the world’s largest campervan operator, with thriving operations across New Zealand, Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Our diverse fleet includes trusted brands like Maui, Britz, Apollo, Mighty, Cheapa Campa, Hippie, El Monte RV, Road Bear, and Just Go.
Beyond campervans, we’re also home to some of New Zealand’s most iconic tourism experiences, including Kiwi Experience, the magical Waitomo Glowworm Caves, and the thrilling Legendary Black Water Rafting.
At thl, we don’t just help people travel—we help them discover, connect, and create memories that last a lifetime.
About the Role:

Your leadership will ensure that every campervan leaving the yard meets the highest safety standards and delivers the kind of unforgettable journey thl is known for.
And yes, the perks are real: want to take an RV out for your own roadie? We’ll hand you the keys. Fancy caving and abseiling at Waitomo? We’ll gear you up. At thl, adventure isn’t just for our customers—it’s for our crew too.
We’re looking for someone who’s:
A hands-on leader with deep mechanical expertise and a passion for quality, safety and team development
Organised, proactive, and confident managing workshop operations, budgets, and seasonal demands
