Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer at Holiday Inn Cochin in Kochi. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of the hotel's facilities and infrastructure, ensuring safety, efficiency, and functionality. Day-to-day tasks may include performing maintenance checks, responding to repair requests, and implementing preventive maintenance measures to uphold the hotel's standards.
Qualifications
• Mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering background
• Experience in maintenance, repair, and operations
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications or licenses in engineering are a plus
