In Massachusetts, the base salary range for this position is: $110,000- $120,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI)
Responsibilities
We utilize a mix of historical data and estimates of high-cardinality data to allow clients to make on-demand forecasts for any subset of their inventory
We also build the BingeWatcher product, which downloads, scans, and categorizes every video ad that runs through the platform
We leverage some of the latest tools to do image recognition, speech- to-text, categorization, and much more to ensure that publishers can give their users the right viewing experience
Collaborate with team members to design, implement and deliver high quality software solutions
Share technical expertise and contribute to a culture of learning and knowledge sharing
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
Contribute to the improvement of software development processes and practices
Play a crucial role in achieving company objectives by delivering high quality software solutions that meet the customer needs
Lead the development and implementation of software projects from inception to deployment
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, adherence to coding standards and ensure best practices are followed
Identify and address technical challenges, optimize code for performance and participate in ongoing code refactoring
Work with our technology stack: Python, Pandas, FastAPI, AWS, Postgres, Snowflake, Redshift, Kinesis, Docker, and more!

We're Looking For Someone With
• 3+ years of software development experience in Python with Pandas and ML packages
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• A hands-on approach to solving complex problems & building impactful solutions
• A proven track record in learning new technologies and applying that learning quickly
• An understanding of what it takes to build quality, robust, and scalable solutions
• A sense of flexibility and self-drive to work autonomously and within a team
• Experience with AWS and Docker
• Knowledge of ad tech a plus
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
