We are looking for a Desktop Administrator to provide strategic support and execute infrastructure, security, continuous integration, deployment, and IT operations practices, scaling and metrics, as well as running day-to-day operations of production and development infrastructure for a cloud-based commerce /enterprise platform.

Job requirement :

Provide support and guidance to the IT team on infrastructure-related matters.

• knowledge of Windows RDS Server, build and deployment of full desktop and remote applications.

Windows Wintel, AD GPOs, Windows RDS Server, build and deployment of full desktop and remote applications Intune, SCCM, ITIL

• Review the current RDS server setup, design, plan the extension of the current RDS environment, this is to include the migration of the remaining user base to RDS which will enable agile working across the London office.

• Knowledge of Azure cloud platform, any automation of IaaS and networking is beneficial.

• Knowledge of VMware production environments, creating and deploying virtual machines.

• Ensure all desktops are kept up to date with all necessary software patches and updates

• Assist with any software release deployments within the RDS environment

Job Summary:

If you are an Order Management professional and looking for career opportunity, Emerson has an exciting offer to you! Opening for Order Management Engineer position in Chengalpattu location. Under minimal direction, for assigned customers, accounts, and sales region, manage all aspects of sales order management process. Own the process to fulfill an order from the time of receiving a customer purchase order, to the time that we ship complete scope to the customer. Assist internal and external customers with activities related to order processing and fulfilment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Receive and review customer purchase orders. Review Sales Order entered in the system align with PO and agreement with customer on technical and commercial terms and conditis.
• Acknowledge the Order to Customer with Promised date.
• Initiate proactive communication with customer regarding the order status, resolve to get any missing information from customer, co-ordinate with internal departments to release the order for scheduling.
• Function as the primary contact and coordinator between the customer and factory to resolve any issues.
• Monitor the progress of all sales orders and initiate ongoing, communication with each customer.
• Accountable for providing proactive communication to customer at designated key stages of the order execution (Order Scheduling, Order assembly, Inspection notification, Inspection co-ordination, Shipment)
• Maintain accurate records of all activities related to orders from receipt of the PO to shipment of the products and documentation requested.
• Run daily backlog and handle hold codes to reduce finished goods in inventory.
• Responsible for Backlog review of sale for POR Sales forecast.
• Accountable for delivery of orders in accordance with delivery terms and conditions. Ensure that we recognize the sales for the month, quarter, year based on the PO conditions.
• Ensure compliance with checkpoint procedures, all trade compliance procedures and applicable laws.
• Always adhere Emerson Ethics and Values.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering with Customer Sales Order Management, Project Management, Order Administration experience with total experience of 1-3 years
• High level of integrity & trust
• Good command on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Good communications, negotiation, Interpersonal and people management skills.
• Good understanding on Commercial Terms and Conditions.
• Familiar with ISO+001 Management System, as well as the requirements of Corporate Safety Management and Occupational Health Management is preferred.
• Solid prioritizing and organizational skills along with being a self-starter.
• Must be able to work well in a close team setting.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Experience with Oracle or any other ERP will be an added advantage.
