Responsibilities
How Will You Contribute to the Company?
As we look towards scaling up this platform to support and grow our customer base around the globe, we’re looking for experienced Engineering Manager to manage the Cloud Infra Security Engineering Team . You will be working with an incredible group of experienced cloud software development engineers who know how to build scalable, cloud-native software deployed using AWS and Kubernetes. You will be an integral member of the team responsible for creating and managing highly scalable Public Cloud Infrastructure using state-of-the-art Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD technologies. This role will be based in Bangalore.
What Will You Do?
• Manage a team of Cloud Infra Security Engineers
• Recommend, prototype, implement, configure, and manage SAST/SCA & Vulnerability Scanning tools in our infrastructure/pipeline – tools such as Qualys Agent/Connector, Snyk, FOSSId, AWS Inspector, AWS ECR etc.
• Recommend, prototype, implement, configure, and manage IDS/IPS/WAF & Configuration Management tools in our infrastructure/pipeline – tools such as AWS Network Firewall, AWS Guardduty, Crowdstrike connector etc.
• Develop processes for prioritization and remediation of findings from the above tools, coordinating with other Infra/R&D teams
• Coordinate with Cradlepoint/Ericsson Security teams
• Work on meeting Compliance requirements, including remediation and reporting to CSTO office
• Maintain consistent Security Best Practices across our stacks and environments
• Evangelize shift-left approach for Infrastructure Security
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• BS/MS in Computer Science (or related technical field)
• Eight to thirteen (8-13+) years of industry experience
• Two (2+ years) of experience managing teams and working with remote teams
• Hands-on experience with a public cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, GCP
• Prior experience with security compliance certifications such as SOC2, PCI, FEDRamp, etc
• Hands-on background in AWS security tools and best practices
• Securing CI/CD Pipeline
• Background in SCA/SAST/DAST
Bonus Points
• Experience with Programming and DevOps
• Container and Kubernetes security expertise
• Experience in Open-source security tools
