Job Title: Engineering Technician

Job Description

The Engineering Technician is responsible for ensuring all machinery and equipment within the operation run smoothly. They will read new equipment/product diagrams and troubleshoot machinery in plant operations. The technician will monitor production and document correctly within GMP standards.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Richmond, Virginia.

Work Environment

The role involves working with teams of 4 supervisors and a team of technicians. The schedule consists of 4 12-hour shifts, following a 2, 3, 2 pattern. Alternating day and night shifts every 5 weeks, with initial training on day shift for the first few months.
