Main Responsibilities

Preparing technical documents and conducting site inspections.

Collaborating with civil engineers on project planning and execution.

Ensuring compliance with design, specification, safety, and environmental standards.

Documenting findings, analysing data, and recommending improvements.

Selecting suitable materials for various projects.

Managing development approvals, building permits and related documentation.
">
Reviewing changes to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Providing expert consultation and technical guidance.

Requirements

">
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

A certificate/diploma in a relevant field.
">
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Skilled in data collection and site surveys.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
