• Maintain original formatting, punctuation, and intent
• Correct spelling, grammar, and syntax errors
• Verify accuracy against source material
• Cross-check names, numbers, and technical terms
• Use OCR tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) for partially legible text and convert tables to Excel
• Master word processing shortcuts to improve efficiency
• Apply headings, bullet points, or tables as needed
• Convert handwritten forms into fillable digital templates
