Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Faculty (CLAT/IPMAT). The English Faculty will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, which include teaching, curriculum development, conducting literature-based classes, guiding students, and conducting activities that enhance the English language skills of students.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and experience in English Teaching and Curriculum Development
• Expertise in Literature and English Literature
• Demonstrated ability to effectively teach and guide students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in English or Education
• Experience in teaching for competitive exams like CLAT/IPMAT would be an added advantage
The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping students achieve academic success and have a track record of excellence in teaching and curriculum development. They should have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, and be willing to learn and adopt innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
