Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and tutoring. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with children and have a knack for making learning engaging and effective.

Duties

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in designated subjects.
Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to individual student needs and learning styles.
Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure understanding and retention of material.
Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters student confidence and motivation.
Assist students with homework, projects, and exam preparation.
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning preferences, including visual aids, interactive activities, and written exercises.
Qualifications

Experience in a classroom setting or previous tutoring experience is preferred.
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: English, French, Mandarin, or Spanish.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed academically.
Ability to work effectively with children of various ages and backgrounds.
Patience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching approaches.
A degree in education or a related field is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
