Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order management
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes

Requirements
• Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken, as well as a good command of English
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
