Job Title: Business Process Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Engineer to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics Division. In this role, you will facilitate, document, improve, and train business processes, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to continuously measure and improve processes that optimize business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and document business processes
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes
• Train employees on new processes
• Guide and embed continuous improvement culture and activities into daily practice
• Set and lead the standardization of processes across the Enterprise Data & Analytics ecosystem
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as process engineering, business, finance, computer science, or data science
• Professional certification in Lean Six Sigma from an accredited university or non-profit organization
• Professional certification in Business Analysis and Process Improvement
• 3-4 years of experience working in business process improvement and/or continuous improvement
• 2-5 years of experience working with data and analytics processes
• Experience leading teams (for AVP-level position)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Project Management and Agile Management skills
• Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and consultative skills
• Ability to develop and work with different constituencies in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong knowledge of software evaluation principles and best practices
Work Environment:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
