This position works hand-in-hand with our delivery team to meet client needs. And it calls for a few non-negotiables:

Wanna play? Here’s what we need:

Write, Listen, Learn, Ask Questions…repeat

Your prospective accounts will consist of organizations that we identify as prime targets – they operate in manufacturing environments using top-tier ERP systems such as SAP. You will use email to contact these companies so you need good writing skills so you can craft messages unique to your audience. They don’t have time for cookie-cutter junk mail. You will need to know the language of ERP and IT that they speak, which we will help you learn if you’re not already fluent. And you’ll have ask good…er, GREAT, questions. Details matter!

Make Technology Your Friend

You will have demonstrated skills using CRM systems. We use Pipedrive and Zoominfo extensively. With as many accounts as you’ll be serving, you must be organized and ready to rack up some metrics to win.

Never Say Quit

Persistence, courage and resilience will drive your success. You will hear ‘NO’ a lot. You will be challenged to learn new things. Your competition will often be bigger and faster. Deals may be ambiguous. But you can do it. As soon as you say (or believe) you can’t, you’re right.

Table Stakes (basics you need to be considered)
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in IT related services or products.
• Bachelor’s Degree is not required, but preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A great personality and positive attitude!

Working at BCTG
• $50k - $60k Base + Commission/Bonuses
• Remote Work Environment
• Summer Fridays (wrap up by 1:00pm on Fridays, Memorial Day to Labor Day)
• Office Closed Christmas to New Year’s Day (Free PTO in addition to standard 14 days)
