Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Direct Marketing and Communications Events Coordinator, you will work closely with our marketing team to support the planning and execution of direct marketing campaigns and communication events. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in the field of marketing and events management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of direct marketing strategies to promote our services.
• Support the coordination of communication events including webinars, seminars, and industry conferences.
• Assist with event logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and event objectives.
• Develop meaningful communication skills to represent clients well
• Create meaningful customer interactions in daily event settings
• Practice and refine skillsets in daily training atmospheres
• Provide outstanding customer service for new customers, assuring long term relationships Continue developing leadership skills by engaging in networking calls and training
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Competitive and Goal driven
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
