As an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of marketing events. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure the success of various campaigns and events. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including logistics coordination, marketing strategy support, and on-site event management.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities
• Support logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and event setup
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement event marketing strategies
• Assist in creating marketing materials
• Support the team in maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners
• Assist in client meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise
• Engage with event attendees, providing information and promoting client brands
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping
• Maintain organized files and documentation related to events and marketing activities

Qualifications
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
