Position: Entry Level Events Assistant

Location: Columbus, OH

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $800 - $1,1+5 per week

Job Description: is looking for an energetic and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to help coordinate and execute events that support our brand and business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about event planning and logistics to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing events, including setup, coordination, and teardown.
• Support event logistics, such as vendor communication, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
• Help maintain and update event timelines, checklists, and budgets.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure all event needs are met.
• Collect and organize feedback from events to improve future initiatives.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event management, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management software is a bonus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
