Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.

Screening and Selection:

Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication.

Job Postings:

Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.

Applicant Tracking:

Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.

Candidate Communication:

Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Metrics:

Assist in preparing reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

Onboarding Assistance:

Collaborate with HR to support the onboarding process for new hires.

Process Improvement:

Provide input on improving recruitment strategies and processes to enhance efficiency.

Administrative Support:

Handle general administrative duties related to recruitment, including documentation and correspondence.

Qualifications:
