Hiring for Equites Small Finance Bank for sales officers and managers and Deputy Mangers under Used car loans/ New commercial vehicle loans / Old Commercial Vehicle loans Position- Sales Officer & Manager Product- Used car loans & Used Commercial Vehicle/ Car Loan CTC- Upto 6.60 lac Education: 12th to PG Location- Enter DELHI & NCR , Karol Bagh / Faridabad / Azadpur / Vaisal (Raj Nagar), Meerut Candidate must have minimum 2-5 years? experience in Used Car finance. Must be local Key Responsibilities: Manage the Branch in terms of Sales Build a high Quality Loan portfolio Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed Maintain Manage & Deliver SO Productivity Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance Manage and lead field executive at the branch in achieving targets and generating leads and achieve volumes and targeted market Develop and manage customers and dealer relationships through face to face interactions Responsible for staffing optimal utilization of resources in the branch sales team Initiate marketing program/BRL activities from time to time in the assigned branch location Ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in timely manner to practice ?First Time Right? principle.
