A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated professional to serve as the main point of contact for all matters relating to construction, erection, and commissioning (EC) throughout the entirety of our projects. This role entails the establishment and maintenance of standardized communication pathways between EC and the project, facilitating the flow of information and addressing any changes at an early stage.

How You’ll Make An Impact
• Act as primary contact person for all EC-related matters in the project.
• Facilitate information flow from projects to the responsible EC office.
• Support the transition of bid costing into order entry costing.
• Monitor and communicate risks and opportunities from the offer phase to the execution teams.
• Review customer and supplier contracts for EC services.
• Coordinate with EC specialist units in project scheduling.
• Involve EC experts in construction feasibility and planning studies.
• Coordinate and clarify tender documents with the head office and national company.
• Track the scheduling for EC activities until they are transferred to Siemens Energy construction, installation, and commissioning managers on the construction site.
• Obtain a maintenance work list defined by the equipment engineering/TPM and ensure its implementation by the site management team.
• Participate in regular project discussions, such as project status, concurrent costing, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and support the commissioning manager at customer training sessions.
• Obtain and communicate lessons learned for assembly and IBS issues.

What You Bring
• A strong background and level of experience in test field, erection, and commissioning.
• Experience in functional management of employees.
• Ability to support up to two projects simultaneously in different phases.
• Capability to handle the varying workload depending on the respective project.
