Roles & Responsibilities:-
Connecting with the clients and resolving their queries on desketc.
Resolve tickets generated by the clients for their technicalrequests and problems to maintain the productivity.
Helps in designing and implementing successful softwareimplementation.
Keep tracking the user tickets and resolutions.
Coordinate with the Development team incase of any new featureis required.
Skills Required :-
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have problem solving and process improving mindset.
Have basic knowledge of programming skills.
Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹12,107.4+ - ₹30,337.74 per month
