Job Title: ERP Senior Sales Manager

Location: Remote (UK & Europe), with the ability to travel to customer sites

Salary: £120k base + commission (Realistic OTE £300k+)

Experience Required: MUST HAVE experience selling ERP/SAP-based solutions, ideally with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 provider.

Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and hard-hitting ERP Senior Sales Manager to drive the success of this new partnership. This role is ideal for an experienced ERP sales professional ready to step up into a high-impact role or an existing Sales Director seeking a fresh challenge. Initially, you’ll operate as an individual contributor—generating leads and closing deals—but with a clear pathway to build and lead your own sales team within 12-18 months, as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities:
• ERP Software Sales: Directly sell ERP solutions, with a focus on the manufacturing sector.
• Lead Generation: Develop and manage leads through networking, LinkedIn, and other channels, building a robust sales pipeline.
• Customer Engagement: Travel across the UK and Europe to build relationships and close high-value deals.
• Industry Expertise: Leverage knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Epicor, and Sage to offer tailored solutions to clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales and industry partners to demo products and develop warm leads.
• Sales Performance: Exceed sales targets, closing at least three new deals per year in the £1 million to £200 million range, with a 30% commission on closed deals.
• Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends to effectively position the company’s solutions.
• Team Leadership: Scale the team by recruiting and leading a sales group as the company grows.

Qualifications:
• Proven Track Record: Successful background in selling ERP software solutions, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Epicor, and Sage.
• Sales Acumen: Strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close large deals.
• Ambitious & Driven: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, ready for a challenging, results-focused role.
• Remote Work Capability: Able to work remotely and travel across the UK and Europe as required.
• Leadership Potential: The ability and ambition to build and lead a successful sales team.
