What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Perform a wide range of administrative duties to support the escrow process
• Work with borrowers and lenders to obtain necessary items to clear title
• Open orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documents for closing
• Communicate requirements and other information to clients effectively
• Interpret various agreements related to closing and prepare all required documents

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of escrow-related experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
