We have a fantastic opportunity for a Estates Delivery Partner join our team based In London. The salary on offer is starting from £75,000 + £3000 car allowance with annual 10% performance based bonus.
About the role:
Our Estates Delivery Partners provide operational leadership within a defined geographical area, to ensure the company's strategy is delivered. This is a senior leadership role within region, delivering full range of property management and Facilities Management services. Managing an average budget of £25M, circa~110 properties with a Gross Internal Area of 100,000 square metres and approximately 200 people.
You will:
• Communicate the NHSPS functional vision and strategy, cascading key organisational messages to keep teams informed
• Contribute to functional and team strategies, developing short and longer-term plans for the team
• Role model the values and behaviours and setting the cultural tone of the team
• Lead and embed change and other organisational initiatives
• Tackle inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement
What you will bring to the role:
• Extensive knowledge of FM, safety legislation, compliance and risk management
• Broad understanding of property portfolio management/strategy including occupancy structures and funding in NHS environment
• Significant experience managing compliance and safety management activities
• Understanding of technical planned building maintenance regimes
• Proven track record of managing large scales property/FM teams
• RICS/IWFM or membership to another relevant professional body
• Project management and delivery
• Budget Management
