Role Description
• Knowledge of Graco system EFR unit, Graco Piston pump, Netzsch pumps, Drum handling systems, Pneumatic systems, Resistance Welding Equipment and Power & Free Conveyor maintenance
• Preventive maintenance and attending breakdown of various equipment like Graco EFR unit and Piston pump, Netzsch pump, Festo Different type of cylinder & slides servicing, Alignment correcting & lubricating in SPM machines, Lifter & conveyor maintenance, ABB & SCARA Robots, Gearbox & lubrication, AMADA Welding machines, Conveyors, Utility (HVAC, Chiller, Building Lighting systems).
• Hands-on Experience in Understanding Pneumatic drawing & and finding faults in solenoid valves and Festo valve banks.
• Ensuring updating of daily log book and history cards for equipment
• Identifying & and maintaining the spare part record for better spare part management and reporting to RM/Concern for indent.
• Reduction in repair and maintenance costs through cost-reduction initiatives. (Kaizens & Poka-yoke implementation) and implementing low-cost kaizen
• Responsible for energy-saving, improvement & and cost-saving projects.
• Observe all aspects of health and safety regulations and report any unsafe conditions & and help in eliminating the same.
• Ensuring 5s and right First Time in all maintenance activities.

Qualifications
• Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical) with 3-+ Years with Maintenance
• Experience in equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, and maintenance & repair
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques
