• Job Requirement:
• * ● Event & Exhibition Production Manager would oversee all aspects of event and exhibition production, from initial planning to post-event evaluation. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, timelines, and logistics, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring successful event execution.
• ● This role also involves developing and implementing event strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing staff and volunteers.
• * Roles and Responsibilities:
• * Planning and Execution:
• ● Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics for various events and exhibitions.
• ● Manage all aspects of event execution, from setup to breakdown.
• * *Vendor and Supplier Management:
• ● Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• ● Ensure timely delivery of all necessary materials and services.
• * *Team Management:
• ● Manage and coordinate event staff and volunteers.
• ● Delegate tasks, provide training, and ensure effective communication.
• ● Oversee event logistics and ensure smooth operation on the day of the event
• * *Post-Event Analysis:
• ● Develop post-event reports and recommendations for future events.
• ● Compliance and Safety:
• ● Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• ● Manage insurance and legal obligations.
• * *Budget Management:
• * ● Prepare and manage event budgets, including cost projections, actual spending, and variance analysis.
• ● Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining event quality.
• * Experience: 5-10 Yrs Previous
• * Industry Experience:
• * Fabrication Industry, Outdoor Decorations, Art Direction.
