We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support our event planning and execution efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating various aspects of events, from planning to post-event follow-up, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a wide range of exciting events.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, schedules, and vendor management.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all event details are executed according to plan.
Prepare event materials, such as invitations, signage, and promotional items.
On-site event support, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
Monitor event budgets and track expenses.
Provide post-event analysis and feedback to improve future events.
