The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, social gatherings, and promotional events
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining event calendars, organizing files, and preparing reports
On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events, including setup, troubleshooting, guest assistance, and post-event breakdown
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and attendees, ensuring clear and effective communication
Marketing Assistance: Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels
Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring event budgets, processing invoices, and tracking expenses

Key Responsibilities
