Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our event management team as an Event Client Servicing specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their event objectives, and ensuring their expectations are exceeded throughout the event planning and execution process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the event planning lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals, preferences, and expectations.
Event Planning and Coordination:
• Collaborate with clients to define event requirements, objectives, and budget parameters.
• Work closely with internal event planning teams to develop customized event proposals and presentations that align with client needs.
Proposal Development:
• Prepare detailed event proposals, including budget estimates, timelines, and service offerings.
• Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms to achieve mutual agreement and satisfaction.
Project Management:
• Manage all aspects of event projects from inception through to completion.
• Coordinate logistical details such as venue selection, catering arrangements, audiovisual setup, transportation, and accommodations.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
• Source and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure services meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Negotiate contracts, review proposals, and oversee vendor communications and deliverables.
On-Site Event Management:
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Address any issues or concerns that may arise and make real-time decisions to maintain event timelines and quality standards.
Communication and Reporting:
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries promptly.
• Prepare post-event reports and evaluations, analyzing event success metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in event management, client servicing, or related fields, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients and stakeholders.
• Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with event management software or CRM systems is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required by event schedules.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate client needs and effectively address challenges.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service and experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
