Key Responsibilities -
• Assisting Corporate Access Team in executing the Sectoral Tours in Delhi during the Jefferies 4th India Forum week from 14th to 1+th Sep
• Coordinating with India Equities team on their travel and stay arrangements
• Generating weekly Event MIS from the system
• Booking venues for the various social events related to the Jefferies 4th India Forum
• Updating the data of the event, wherever required.
• Assisting Sales Team regarding the queries received with respect to Jefferies 4th India Forum. Managing client registrations for tours and regularly liaising with clients on tour agendas.
• Providing assistance to clients on travel itineraries.
• Onsite assistance at the Jefferies 4th India Forum in Gurgaon.

Requirement -
• Prior coordination experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Excel skills.
