Event Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing events from start to finish.
Job Summary
The Event Coordinator will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless event execution and delivery of exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for coordinating event logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all events meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
Manage vendor relationships, including contracts and communication
Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences
Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure event venues meet our standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1-2 years of experience in event planning or a related field
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
