Responsibilities
· Understand requirements for each event
• Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
• Coordinate the acquisition of event speakers.
• Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
• Oversee event happenings and act Coordinate the acquisition of event speakers.
• Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
• Develop event communication plans
• Conduct after action review to ascertain areas of strengths and weaknesses related to the management of the Event.
• Prepare documentation in support of Event closure.
• Coordinate with office administration on clients' invoicing and payment.
• Analyse event performance metrics and post-event feedback to identify areas of improvement to the event outcomes.
Requirements
• Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred
• Proven experience as event coordinator
• Age less than 35 years
• A proven track record of organizing successful events
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent vendor management skills
• Knowledge of basic recruitment practices
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
• Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
• Problem-solving ability
