Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team at Acclaim Hotel as an Event Co-Ordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable and successful events for our clients. As an Event Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution to ensure seamless and exceptional experiences for attendees.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and objectives.
• Plan and coordinate all event details, including venue setup, catering, audio/visual requirements, and guest accommodations.
• Manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects meet hotel standards. Provide on-site support during events to address any issues or last-minute changes.
• Handle client feedback and post-event evaluations to continuously improve service quality.
• Utilize your hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service and upsell additional services to enhance the event experience.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Negotiate contracts with venues and suppliers to secure the best possible deals for our clients.
• Utilize your time management abilities to create detailed event timelines and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
• Stay updated on market trends in the event industry to offer innovative ideas and solutions to clients.

Skills:
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Upselling capabilities to enhance the event experience for clients.
• Hospitality background to understand and meet guests' needs during events.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in time management to handle various responsibilities within tight deadlines.
• Negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with venues and suppliers.
• Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus.
• Awareness of market trends in the event industry.
• Front Desk Experience is a plus
