Job Description:

The BRDGE is seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to oversee and ensure the smooth execution of all our events. This role involves managing catering leads, organizing vendor presence, and ensuring all events run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish
• Manage relationships with vendors and ensure their presence at events
• Oversee event logistics, including setup, operations, and breakdown
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events
• Handle event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications:
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with vendors, clients, and team members
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, and colleagues

Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
• Proven track record of successful event management
• Proficiency in CRM Software and event management software
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
