Responsibilities
As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events, both small and large in scale
From corporate conferences to weddings, you will be the driving force behind the success of each event
Collaborate with clients to determine event requirements and objectives
Develop event concepts and themes that align with client preferences
Coordinate and manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor agreements, and equipment rentals
Create and maintain event budgets, ensuring all expenses are recorded and tracked
Manage event timelines and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible rates and services
Coordinate event marketing and promotional activities to attract attendees
Oversee event setup and breakdown, including coordinating with venue staff and managing event staff or volunteers
Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze feedback to continually improve event planning and execution processes
