Russell Tobin partnered with a leading financial services firm is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Roadshow Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis.
Job Description:
As a Roadshow Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of our financial roadshows. These events are crucial for our client engagement and business development efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring that all logistical aspects of the roadshow are meticulously managed, from initial planning through to execution and post-event follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Event Planning: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to plan and organize roadshow events, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and catering.
• Schedule Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed event schedules and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and events run smoothly.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related communications, including coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and vendors
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage the roadshow budget, ensuring that expenses are tracked and aligned with the allocated budget.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed records of event planning processes, including contracts, invoices, and post-event reports.
• On-Site Management: Supervise the execution of events, managing on-site logistics and troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination or project management, within the financial or related industry.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
