Event Coordinator

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator to organize exceptional events from start to finish. If you are well-organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about event planning, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics for 10-15 meetings and conferences annually
• Manage event details including registration, materials, and evaluations
• Schedule and lead planning meetings with stakeholders
• Track event expenses and vendor contracts
• Supervise event preparation and onsite registration
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote events

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or Communications
• 2-3 years of event planning experience
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
