Responsibilities
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility for nights and weekends as required for events
This developmental role is designed to provide a strong foundation for growth within the donor relations team and the events field

Assist with onsite registration and check-in procedures
Work alongside event staff to monitor and address any issues that arise before or during events, ensuring smooth operations
Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for vendors, providing clear arrival instructions and setup guidance
Collaborate with event staff to manage all logistics, including transportation, accommodations, parking, valet services, catering, equipment, and space rentals, ensuring flawless event execution

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our Donor Relations Events team. This developmental role is designed to provide a strong foundation for growth within the donor relations team and the events field. Working under the guidance of event staff, you will collaborate with the team to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish. Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (One year of education is equivalent to two years of experience).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in event planning and coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Candidates with experience in college advancement, such as fundraising, alumni relations, donor stewardship, communications, or related areas that promote institutional growth and engagement, are preferred.
