Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our fashion team as an Event Coordinator cum Production Handler. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage end-to-end coordination of events, including fashion shows, shoots, pop-ups, and campaigns — along with supporting production operations and calendar planning.

Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination
• Plan, coordinate, and execute fashion events, shoots, product launches, exhibitions, and shows.
• Handle pre-production to post-event responsibilities: booking venues, managing suppliers, liaising with stylists, models, artists, etc.
• Coordinate fittings, rehearsals, and backstage logistics.
• Prepare and maintain event timelines, checklists, and run-of-show.
Production Handling
• Coordinate with designers, stylists, and production vendors for timely deliveries.
• Oversee the movement of garments and accessories for shoots and events.
• Ensure all production material is organized and accounted for pre/post events.
• Assist in set design, prop handling, and production setup where required.
Calendar & Schedule Management
• Maintain and manage a detailed calendar for events, fittings, production timelines, and team availability.
• Schedule internal and external meetings, calls, fittings, and shoot timelines.
• Send timely reminders and updates to teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure minimal scheduling conflicts and optimized resource planning.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
• Liaise with photographers, makeup artists, models, agencies, and venue managers.
• Handle contracts, payments, and logistics with external vendors.
• Ensure smooth on-ground execution with all parties aligned.
Documentation & Reporting
• Create event reports, production checklists, and feedback forms.
• Maintain databases of vendors, models, locations, and production assets.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in fashion events and/or production coordination.
• Strong understanding of fashion show protocols and shoot logistics.
• Proficiency in Google Calendar, Excel, and basic project management tools.
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving approach and on-ground agility.
