• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective event production.
• Develop and maintain detailed event timelines and schedules to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and Vendors, before, during, and after events.
• Implement innovative event ideas and concepts to enhance attendee experience and engagement.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail while managing multiple events simultaneously.
