Event Coordinator

Event Planning & Execution:
• Plan and manage end-to-end branded and promotional events for Petpooja, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and product) to conceptualize event themes and formats that align with our brand identity.
• Ensure every event delivers a memorable and professional experience for attendees, from venue setup to guest management.
• Monitor event budgets, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure seamless execution.

Team Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for events and partnerships.
• Ensure clear and effective communication between internal teams, external partners, and event stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the business development team to align event strategies with revenue and brand-building goals.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Ability to manage end-to-end event planning and execution.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, content creation, and brand collaboration strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
