Job description
Event coordinators, also known as event specialists or event planners, are responsible for every aspect of event planning. Their main duties include selecting venues, determining the cost, arranging event services, and monitoring client approval. They may work for an events company or as a contractor.
- Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
- Schedule speakers
- Understand requirements for each event
- Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, sponsors, contacts etc.)
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
• *Requirements**:
- Managed Database
- Proven experience as event coordinator
- Proficient in MS Office, word, power point
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or public relations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exp:
- 3 years to 5 years
Location:
- South Delhi, Chattarpur

- 25K to 35K
