Job Title: Event Coordinator Specialist
About the Role: As an Event Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for managing scheduling, event logistics, and communication across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage event slots accurately using internal calendars.
• Maintain and regularly update calendar availability to avoid conflicts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless scheduling.
Scheduling and Calendar Management:
• You will be handling complex schedules and calendars effectively.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Event Details Management:
• Maintain accurate event information on our internal web application.
• Ensure details such as time, venue, and faculty/host information are up-to-date.
Email and Communication Management:
• Handle booking-related emails promptly and professionally.
• Manage communication around bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Google Workspace Proficiency:
• We use Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, and Slides for scheduling, data management, and documentation.
• Proficiency in these tools is essential.
Coordination via Email and WhatsApp:
• Timely follow-ups and communication with stakeholders across platforms are crucial.
• Confirm bookings and share updates promptly to ensure clarity.
Excel Proficiency:
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience in calendar management, operations, or administrative roles is desirable.
• A minimum of 12th pass or graduate from any stream is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary.
• Excellent written communication and follow-up skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel is required.
• Candidates should be based in Noida or willing to relocate.
