Event Designer (1-8 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design mood boards for weddings, including seating arrangements, stages, backdrops, and overall dcor themes.

- Develop visual representations and mood boards to help clients envision their event concepts.

- Create and design digital and print assets such as invitations, event stationery, and signage.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and bring their dream wedding to life.

- Work closely with vendors to source materials, dcor, and props that align with the overall theme.

- Prepare and present detailed design plans and layouts for client approval.

- Oversee the execution and installation of design elements on-site, ensuring all aspects align with the original vision.

Required skills:

- Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator,Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.

- Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and understanding of spatial design.

- Ability to conceptualize, design, and execute both event setups and graphic design assets.

- Experience working on high-end weddings or large-scale events.

- Familiarity with 3D modeling and visual representation tools is a plus.

- Excellent project management and multitasking skills.

- Strong communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
