Role Description
This full-time on-site role is for an Event Executive based in Pune. The Event Executive will be responsible for planning and coordinating events, managing event budgets, liaising with clients and vendors, overseeing event setup and teardown, and ensuring that events run smoothly. The role also includes creating event proposals, conducting site inspections, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process.
Qualifications
• Event Planning, Coordination, and Management skills
• Experience in budget management and financial planning
• Ability to liaise with clients and vendors effectively
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in event management software and tools
• Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
