Event Hospitality Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Event Hospitality Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and layouts to ensure successful execution.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and agreements.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure event setup and execution meet expectations.
Job Requirements

Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of event planning, coordination, and execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Familiarity with event software and technology is an asset.
